Shipping
Currently, we only ship to the contiguous United States only (48 states not including Hawaii or Alaska).
It depends on where you the shipping address location. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Most west coast order arrive in 1-2 days. East coast orders take 5+ business days.
We work with UPS, USPS, and various freight carriers. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
Yes, we are happy to ship out orders using your UPS or FedEx account. Please send us your account details when placing an order
Product
We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.
It depends on how large the order quantity is because there is a minimum order quantity for custom products.
We stock all of our products in our warehouse which allows us to ship out our orders same day. At times, we are out of stock on certain items but we will advise customers on a case by case basis should this occur.
Payment
Currently, we only support payment via Paypal if you purchase products on our website. However, we will consider other payment methods and notify you of this.
Yes, you can ask for a refund within 30 days since your purchase. However, please check ourrefund policyfirst to make sure that you are eligible for the refund. Then send your request by submittingcontact formor emailing us at sales@elementssupply.com.
Yes, you just need to pay one time to get our product without monthly service or update cost or something like that.
Returns and Exchanges
All items purchased in the U.S. are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of the postmarked delivery date.
Please note that we don’t accept international returns; however, for defective or damaged products, please contact us at sales@elementssupply.com to arrange a refund or exchange.
To start a return, please request a Return Authorization Form by contacting us at sales@elementssupply.com. We will send instructions for you to process your return.
All returned items must be received in their original packaging. We carefully select packaging materials to avoid damage (crushing or squeezing) to products during transit, so we ask that any return items are sent back with them.
Please ensure that returns are sent back in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels intact.
Once we’ve received and inspected the condition of your item, we will process your return.
You will normally receive your refund in 2-3 business days after we’ve received the return, paid to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 days after the receipt of your item to process your return.
