How we calculate:
Bag width = product width + 1"
Bag length = product length + 2"
How we calculate:
Mailer Width = product width + product height + 1"
Mailer Length = product length + product height + 2"

How we calculate:
Liner - Gusseted Bags
Bag Width = Box Width + 1"
Bag Depth = Box Depth + 1"
Bag Length = Box Height + Box Depth + 6" (to cover contents and tie the bag closed.)

Box Size: 18" W x 12" D x 14" H
Bag Size: 19" W x 13" D x 32" L
Liner - Flat Bag
Bag Width = product Width + product Dept + 2"
Bag Length = product Height + product depth + 6"
Example
Product Size: 14" W x 10" D x 32" H
Bag Size: 26" W x 48" L
How we calculate:
Product Circumference = Product Diameter x 3.14
Bag Width = Product Circumference divided by 2, +1"
Bag Length = Product Length + Product Diameter + 5"
Example:
Product Size: 12" D x 30" L
Bag Size: 20" W x 47" L
How we calculate:
Cover Width = Pallet Width + 1" to 2"
Cover Gusset = Pallet Depth + 1" to 2"
Cover Length = Pallet Length + 1/2 of the Pallet Depth
Note:
Depth is the shorter of the 2 sides.
